The Bee Escape is used on the inner cover when you want to allow the bees to move through the inner cover in one direction only. It fits any standard inner cover. The Bee Escape shown is made of transparent plastic with two thin flexible metal tabs that point toward each other in the shape of a V. These thin metal tabs flex outward to allow the bees to pass between them in one direction only.
